Job Summary
Reporting to the Technology Director, the Senior Analytical Chemist is a critical member of the corporate R&D technology team. A primary responsibility of the Senior Analytical Chemist will be leading the chromatography initiatives within the group including, but not limited to, liquid chromatography, gas chromatography mass spectrometry analysis, size exclusion chromatography, and inductively coupled plasma (ICP). He/she is responsible for problem solving using reliable analytical data obtained by various analytical techniques, and for writing clear and concise reports from analysis of the data. The Senior Analytical Chemist is also responsible for providing timely responses to internal and external requests and for providing accurate quotes for external customer projects.
